I agree with you that khawarij are mentioned in manay hadiths and they are very bad people who are out of Islam in speak in term of it.

However, the judgment is difficult and you'll be responsible for that. For me I prefer not to judge because if I was wrong Allah will count on me. What do you think?

Yasser: Once we have knowledge of something, Islamically, we are responsible to act by that knowledge. Once we know the characteristics of this Deviant Sect, it is our job, our responsibility, to give Na9ee7ah (sincere advice) to our family members, neighbours, colleagues and so on.

We MUST warn our Muslim brothers and sisters away from these people. Is it not in the Ahadeeth that the Prophet, sallallaahu `alaihi wa sallam, told us to fight the Khawaarij and to destroy them?

So once a man has knowledge of something, he will be responsible to make the correct judgement in regards to that thing, since every one of us is responsible for those under us.

As for Sakena's comment, then in general, the people of Knowledge, not those who use their opinions to judge between right and wrong, the people of good, sound Islamic knowledge are all happy that creeps like this are gone.

These people bring evil and fitnah amongst our Ummah. They kill more Muslims than Kuffar. They are brutal and oppressive. Since school is out, I haven't been in direct contact with any of my Professors. But I've visited a few scholars and they are all happy that these people are being eliminated.

The reason Salman and Safar were included, is the same reason they were put in jail in the past by the government at the request of Shaikh `Abdul-`Aziz bin Baz, they are instigators of Khurooj.

They are what is called al-Khawaarij al-Qa`adiyah (The Seated Khawarij), they don't pick up guns and bazookas and start a revolution... They do it with their tongues and pens. Insighting the youth and cuasing them to hate the government and then leading them to Takfir (labeling others as infidels).

The pattern is called "Tafseeq... Takfeer... Tafjeer"
To first call others (Scholars/Rulers/Commoners) Evil-doers, then Disbelievers, then to bomb (eliminate) them.

The problem is that people have raised Salman and Safar and `Aidh al-Qarnee so high, yet they are not people of correct Islamic Knowledge, they are young, revolutionary idiots that call to the disrespect of our Senior Scholars and call to revolution against Al Sa`ud.

They have changed their tactics lately, but in the past, Salman and Safar used to criticize the Scholars of Madinah for talking about them and other deviants but leaving the Shiites of Madinah alone and not saying anything about the Shiites...
These days, Salman and `A'idh are best friends with the Shiites who curse our religion and our Prophet and his companions and Jibreel the Angel... why? Politics!

They praise Syed Qutb who is the main cause of all these thoughts of revolution and terrorism, yet they talk bad about the `Ulamaa (Scholars).. why? Because they are Khawarij and they (the Khawarij) have been doing it since the days of the Sahabah.

while I agree with you in what you quoted from the ahadith, you should be cautious from joining others' names with those of the clear khawarij like bin laden, zawahir and their likes.

While salam and others like him have clearly opposes the sunnah in their manhaj and other areas, you should not be so haste to include them in the dogs of the hellfire without precedence from the scholars there. I suggest you speak with some of them regarding this before you openly post about it, if you are visiting makkah anytime soon, visit shaykh rabee' and ask him if it is proper to openly include their names and post it on the net.

I don't know which Scholars you might have alked to who see Salman and Safar not to be from the Khawarij al-Qa`adiyyah...

I myself have heard more than one Scholar refer to them as that. As for saying Salman al-Awdah or Safar al-hawali or `Ayidh al-Qarni are DOGS from the DOGS of Hellfire... no.

It is not for me or any other person to say any specific person is from the people of Hellfire...

But to say he is from the Khawarij, and that the Prophet mentioned that the Khawarij are the Dogs of Hellfire... that is more than befitting of them, as it is not me or you or the Scholars upon the Sunnah who coerced those people to go astray, they chose to go astray in the Land of the Sunnah...

Look at Salman now, eferring to Hassan as-Saffar (The Leader of the Shiites in Saudi Arabia) as his brother meeting him, hugging him. riding in the same car as him.. GIVE ME A BREAK!

As for Safar... masha Allah, he believes the Shiites should have their own school to teach their children... "Please, give these people the right to teach heresy and disbelief... it's their right as Humans!"

Please understand that ther eis a difference between saying a certain person is from the people of Hellfire and between mentioning a Hadeeth that a certain group was mentioned as being Dogs from the Dogs of Hellfire...
